Pipeline and Piling Services Ltd, (PAPS) based in Thailand is the Offshore Company set-up to service the Oil and Gas industry in Thailand and will expand to the rest of Asia.

 

Originally trading under the name of Construction And Piling Equipment Ltd (CAPE) and latterly also as CAPE Industrial Ltd, Pipeline and Piling Services has achieved an ISO9001:2015 certification and also is a member of IMCA, the International Marine Contractors Association.

 

Today PAPS provides professional services from its two main divisons of: Pipeline Services and associated Piling Services.
